Notice to Clients – INAEC Operational Readiness
13 March 2020
To Our Valued Clients:
On 12 March 2020, the Philippine government declared that air travel to and from Metro Manila shall be suspended beginning 15 March 2020, 00:00H, until 14 April 2020, 23:59H.
INAEC understands that you will continue to have requirements for your operations. In response to this, INAEC has initiated the following steps to meet your business needs:
1. INAEC is deploying its Beechcraft Super KingAir 350 aircraft to the Clark International Airport, which is currently not subject to community quarantine. Passengers can depart from Clark Airport to any other destination within the country.
2. INAEC is deploying its rotary-wing fleet to strategic areas outside the National Capital Region to meet exigent requirements of our clients. Fuel will be placed in these areas to ensure readiness at all times.
3. Our facilities will remain open to provide flight assistance, aircraft maintenance, and ground-handling services to you.
4. We will continue with the measures we have already put in place on the disinfection of our facilities, aircraft, vehicles, and other equipment to keep you safe from the COVID-19 virus.
Rest assured that we are exerting the utmost efforts to provide much-needed services to you during these challenging times. We will continue to keep updated on the government pronouncements on flight suspensions and maintain our operational responsiveness to address these issues.
INAEC stands with the community in this fight against the spread of the COVID-19.
Again, thank you for your understanding.
